Her professional background includes specialized training as a certified behavioral interviewer administrator from Development Dimensions International, the leading interview training organization to Fortune 500 companies.
Marsha received career coach training at the Career Coach Institute. She attended the University of Arkansas for her Master's studies in both Counseling and Adult Education and worked in the Career Development Center.
She completed undergraduate studies in Human Resource Policy from the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies at Georgia State University and in Business Administration from American InterContinental University, both in Atlanta.
